At Phase Five Performance Centre, we do things differently. We’re not just another gym, we’re a performance community built around structure, accountability, and expert coaching.

From the moment you join, you will be paired with your own dedicated Personal Coach. Together, you’ll set clear performance goals, build a bespoke training timetable, and have regular 1:1 check-ins to keep you on track. 

​

Every session at Phase Five is designed by a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, ensuring that your training follows a structured, periodised plan that drives measurable results. You’ll know exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing and how it fits into your bigger performance picture.

​

To keep your progress moving forward, we also run a weekly rotating workshop where you can drop in for expert support. From mastering your form, to refining your nutrition, and unlocking better recovery.

 

Whatever your performance goals, our team is here to help you achieve them. At Phase Five, you won’t get lost in the crowd. You’ll be coached, supported, and challenged, every step of the way.
